Sue's 3-1-1 Base Salad Dressing

3 Tablespoons of very fine olive oil
1 Tablespoon of Red wine vinegar (Pinot Red Wine Vinegar is awesome)
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper for seasoning.

This recipe is very versatile and can be spiced up by adding fresh chopped herbs or a little red bell pepper. Adding garlic or thyme will wake up your taste buds and give your body and brain an extra boost.

  2. It's very good. You can even eliminate the wine vinegar and use only lemon juice and oil with some salt and pepper. You will need to put in a little more lemon juice if you eliminate the vinegar.
