Cooking with Fenugreek

  1. It appears that it is similar. I haven't really looked at fennel, just fenugreek to help my mother keep her diabetes in control with out having to take insulin. It's working wicked good.

  2. Fenugreek is a natural source of Iron, vitamin A, B1, C, Phosphates and many more. You can try soft corn seeds cooked with fenugreek leaves. It is a tasty dish with nutritional values.
